Radiant fitness prides itself on being accessible and non-elitist. All classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels, from first-time participants to those further along their fitness journey.
Your instructor, Claire Connelly, is a former national figure skating champion with years of experience in teaching sport and exercise classes.
Every class is paced at your level, taking you as far as you are comfortable. Exercises in your class will come with variations throughout, offering you an option that is right for you.

Commencing with an initial grounding, this class is a combination of gentle stretches and simple yoga postures. It is a mind-body class suitable for all levels. Flexibility is not a requirement! Lengthens, strengthens, and tones the body whilst calming the mind. Relaxation and Meditation ends the class. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners-various options given.

Please seek advice from your Dr prior to booking & attending this class if:
-your Doctor has ever said that you have a heart condition and should only do physical activity recommended by a Doctor.
-if you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity.
